How I teach

Structured case discussion, Socratic questioning and debate, so students learn to decide under uncertainty and defend a position in front of peers.

I treat the professional experience of MBA and Executive MBA students as a teaching resource. They bring live organisational problems that no prewritten case anticipates. Guest entrepreneurs, business simulations and applied projects do the rest.

Doctoral supervision
